SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Area

 

We deliver to Orlando Florida.  If your address is outside our delivery zone, please contact us, and we will try to find a solution.

2. Delivery Time

Unfortunately right now we don’t do same day delivery.  You can place an order in advance and choose a convenient delivery date. Preferably two days in advance. You can also choose the time period when it will be convenient for you to receive delivery.

3. Delivery on Special Days

 

On holidays (such as Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, etc.), the number of orders increases, so we recommend placing your order in advance. Delivery times may vary on these days.

4. Damages and Returns

 

If the flowers are damaged upon delivery, please notify us within [e.g., 2 hours] of receiving the order with a photo attached. We will offer a replacement or compensation.
